First Week of Advent, Friday, December 6, 2024
Loving Divine Family,
We enter your sacred prayer space, well aware of how the arrogant seem to prosper all around us. We have heard your decrees and desires for us, yet we continue to suffer, work, and toil for seemingly no benefit. How long, O LORD, will we suffer the mocking of arrogant people?
Thank you for this sacred prayer time with you. We, your faithful children, bless your name. We take delight in working with you. Thank you for hearing and remembering us. Thank you, we are your treasured possession and you have compassion on us. We joyfully put our hope in you.
I am on your list of treasured people today, Righteous Saviour, and thank you for…
Come, Sovereign LORD. Redeem us from the harsh mocking of scoffers. Reveal to them our righteousness and their evil, so their true nature as your children will be exposed. Forgive them, as you also forgive us. Make us instruments of your peace, so together we will all journey in unity towards your Holy Mountain.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
