“Hebrews 13:7-17 (Good News Translation)” by Connie Beingessner.

Hebrews 13:7-17

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space with joy in our hearts. You placed elders, leaders, and mentors in our community to guide and support us. Your wisdom flows with streams of life from you. You speak to us through your word and presence in the hearts of others. We find joy and encouragement in your wisdom.

Thank you, Jesus, for being the same today, yesterday, and forever. Adonai, your love is constant. Thank you, our strength comes from you, God. With joy, we sing your praises. Thank you for suffering the ultimate sacrifice, so our sins are forgiven, and we can approach God with confidence. We are blessed.

I am encouraged by your holy wisdom today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

We live and learn in community with you and those who follow you. Place us in the midst of those who seek you, so we, too, will be instruments for you. Find us worthy, and prepare us to be your leaders in this world.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
