First Week of Advent, Monday, December 2, 2024
Loving Divine Family,
We are sojourners together on your Ancient Path. We pause to worship you. We pitch our tents to face east, just like Abraham taught us. We stretch out our tent pegs to create space for you. We enter your sacred prayer space with joy in our hearts.
Thank you, Yahweh, for being patient with us. We often forget and do not think about your loving kindness and patience. We place our hope in you. May we grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I stretch out the tent pegs of my heart today, LORD My Righteous Saviour, and thank you for…
We lift our prayers to you, LORD. Our prayers rise before you as incense; the lifting of our hands to you in worship is our sacrifice. Come; dwell in our tents with us. There is room for you in our hearts. May our prayers be a pleasing aroma to you.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
