Second Week of Advent, Monday, December 9, 2024
Loving Divine Family,
The wind of Life-giving Spirit engulfs us, filling this space. Holy breath travels across the wilderness from all directions, bringing voices from present and past, near and far. We hear messages to prepare. We hear your voice telling us to spread the news that your time is near.
It is music to our ears to hear you speak tenderly to us, comforting us. We prepare for Jesus. We find peace as you carry us and bring us close to your heart. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your gentle guidance.
I take comfort as I hear your voice today, Mighty Creator, and thank you for…
What shall we say to others? Our questions are not new to you; voices from the wilderness asked you the same words. Those voices, now sent by you, tell of your good news and promises. We will tell stories of your promises and share your joy with confidence.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
