Hebrews 11:29-12:2

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space surrounded by a cloud of witnesses. Our ancestors are all watching and cheering us along your Ancient Path. You invite us to recline with you and listen to the stories of how those who have gone before us experienced extraordinary miracles through your promises and their faith.

Loving Yahweh, we place our hope and trust in you, knowing you will fulfill your promises. Thank you for men and women who are examples of living a life of faith. We keep our eyes on Jesus. Thank you for the cloud of witnesses who are cheering us to throw off what hinders us from being who you created us to be.

I am encouraged by your stories of my ancestors today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

Each day is filled with stories of your abundant giving and miracles. Give us focus to start each day by reflecting on stories of old, so we will feel encouraged to persevere. Give us time in the evenings to reflect on our own stories of the day, so we will recognize and celebrate your blessings.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
