“Hebrews 10:11-25 (Contemporary English Version)” by Connie Beingessner.

Hebrews 10:11-14, (15-18), 19-25

Loving Divine Family,

We journey within the veil that is your great mystery. We enter your sacred prayer space through the curtain that is the Body of Christ. You do not ask for any sacrifice to awaken your love towards us. You have already provided the sacrifice, once and for all. You invite us to come as we are. We come to you, the lost and forsaken, blind and lame, young and old, rich and haughty, proud and strong.

With genuine, faithful hearts, we draw near to you and become aware of your loving presence. Thank you, Jesus Redeemer, that your sacrifice cleanses us and we are completely forgiven for our sins. You remove the consciousness of evil from the heart. We join with you to encourage each other to stay in your presence and continue to let your love overflow to your creation.

I am cleansed by your sacrifice today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

Give us courage to remain in your presence, even when rays of your light bring love across the landscape of our hearts, and we feel confident in our own abilities. We will profess your faithfulness for as long as we sojourn in this land of the living.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
