Mark 10:17-31

Loving Divine Family,

We gather as faithful followers to hear your teachings and learn from you. We enter your sacred prayer space, amazed and concerned about how we can measure up to your expectations, and enter your kingdom. You reassure us that you have already chosen us as your own and that your desire for us is to fall in love with who you created us to be.

God of community, we draw near to you to spend time with you. You love all of your creation. You desire for us to love you, ourselves, and your creation. Thank you for looking at us with the lens of love. We want to be self-reliant and independent and think more highly of ourselves than we ought to. You invite us to let go of what hinders our faith so we can trust in you. Help us to hear your love for us and live a life of discipleship where we put our trust and faith in you. Thank you, all things are possible with God.

I seek to follow your will, Loving Saviour, and thank you for…

Bless us with humble assurance, to know that there is room for us in your heavenly mansion. We seek to fall in love with the people you have created us to be, so we will know the true depth of your love for us.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
