First Week of Advent, Tuesday, December 3, 2024
Loving Divine Family,
We gather in your presence, in the brick and mortar of homes and public places. We enter your sacred prayer space to tell you what we want to do for you. You embrace us and tell us in return what you will do for us.
Thank you, God, for your ever-present, unlimited grace and mercy. Who are we? We are your beloved children. Praise to you for fulfilling your promises to our ancestors and us. We place our hope in you, knowing you will keep your word.
I hear your promises to me today, Sovereign LORD, and thank you for…
Who are we, LORD Our Righteous Saviour, that your promises would stretch not only to us, but to our households for all generations? We humbly receive all you have promised. Give us hearts that long for you, so we will turn our gratitude to generosity towards you, ourselves, and others.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
